Byakuya's Kenseikan tutorial by Chigami Byakuya's Kenseikan tutorial by Chigami
Please do not steal this, claim it as your own or upload it to other sites. I made it all by myself and the pictures are all mine too. Peace.

This is my second tutorial ever made so excuse me for it's eventual errors, grammar fails and general crappyness. English is not my mother tongue but I hope it's possible to understand anyway and that it's useful to some Byakuya Kuchiki cosplayers out there!

I made this because I know Byakuya is a popular character to cosplay and probably quite some people struggle with how to make his kenseikans, including me. I was a bit clueless too and when my cosplay plans changed, less than a month before the con, I didn't really have time to go buy stuff so I decided to try and make them out of what I had already close at hand; they turned out good enough so I figured I could show you all how I made mine.

Please comment/tell me if this was useful for you and I'd love to see how your kenseikans turned out if you made them by following this tutorial! :la:
Feel free to ask any questions about the construction if something is unclear, I will try to answer but I can't promise my explanations will make sense.

Here is that cosplay photo: [link]

Yes, but I said this isn't the most accurate one. ;) I did this pretty spontaneously and I had to sacrifice some accuracy to get it to attach properly.
